Beep! Beep! I woke up and looked out the window. I saw our dog running on the road yelling out HELP! I need help! So I ran out of my room and down the stairs and went out into the yard. At my school for lunch I usually have a banana and a pack of these things called dinosaurs, sandwiches and sometimes chips. We have two breaks. One of them is at 11:00am and that finishes at 11:45 which is good and the other one is at 1:30pm and it goes until 2:00pm. At my school we have tuck shop which costs money not much but I don't have it that often. My friends and I eat lunch out side.

Last week my class and year five went on a school camp. It wasn't the best camp I have been on but it was fun. We all did canoing,raft building and we got to have a free swim. That was the best well that was my opinion. It was fun we got to go for are morning work which was alright and also at camp we had are tallent contest witch is were you do are akt if you wish to me and my group did breakdanceing we were good I reckon. and that pitcher is me and my friend nero and alex doing the worm that was the best one we did and the hardest one to me.

Tomorro year 5 and year 6 are going on school camp at Minjerribah. It is going to be fun and exiting. I cant wait!!!!

In my class some girls are being Community Contributors by making paper cranes. They a trying to make a thousand because Sadako believed that if you made one thousand your wish will come true. Her wish was to get better. Right now they have made a hundred paper crains. They a making them soo they can send them to the sadako memorial in Japan. Children all over the world send paper cranes to be hung on the memorial. They do this because they wish for peace in the world.

P-2 Sports Day

Today at my school the P-2 sports day was held on the oval. There are three house colors there is red,gold,blue. House colors you do not get to choose the courle you are in when you come to the school they give you are house color I got put into red they won this year so that's 6 times we have won.I was chosen to run with the year sevens and we ran against the parents. The parents cheated by holding runners from other teams back and hitting people with the batons.I over took two parents in the race. I was the last runner for my team.

I went to the Ekka on the weekend it was fun I got the Simpson's show bag and the Family guy show bag and I stayed and watched the fire works they were cool and they went very very high. They were all sorts of colours like blue, green, red, pink, yellow, gold and lots more. There are lots of rides like the claw, giant drop, break dance and lot's of others. There are over 1000 show bags.

I read Be Good Ertie/ET. I reckon the brother could have kept ET more hidden. I found out that aliens like ET have very long fingers and have a very long neck. I didn't know that aliens had a large head like a pumpkin. Here is a picture of ET that I found on Google images.

I didn't understand why the big brother brought ET into the house and kept him in there. If I found an alien I don't think I would bring it into the house.

Simpson's Movie And A.F.L.

On the weekend I went and saw the Simpsons movie with my friend Alex and I also played A.F.L. I play for Wynnum and we won the score was 64 to 42.

I thought the Simpson's movie was really funny.

The best part was when Maggie crawled into the sand pit and ended outisde of Springfield. I also liked the part where Homer tried to ride a motor bike so that he could win a car. He kept falling off until Lisa told him he was riding too car quickly. He won the car!!

My favourite character in the Simpsons is Moe. Moe works at the bar where Homer always goes. Moe has very small ears. He never seems to get it when Bart rings up with a joke name to call out.

I got into long jump for districts. Training for it is over my farthest jump was 3.7 meters. the basics are to run jump and lend in sand it is not that hard and it is very fin to me.I do it for the eleven year old boys. I reckon i am pretty good at it.

Districts Athletics

This week our school will competing against other schools. Because Districts Athletics is on. I am in these events 100m 200m long jump and relay. I also got age champion for my school in our sports carnival. I was went to run the 200m on Monday but they changed it to Wednesday.

On Thursday at my school we had grand Parents day. Witch is were any child can bring there grand Parents to school and the kids can show them the school and there work they have done at school. Dragonkeeper by Carole Wilkinson

We are reading DragonKeeper at the moment it is very good book we read it every time after lunch.I recon this is one he best books I have read.It is and interesting book entertaining.My favourite character ping.I don't wont to spoil he book but it is about are girl called ping and are dragon that are trying to get to the ocean that is magical but its a long way to get to the ocean.

Antarctica

This term we are learning about Antarctica. I have all ready learnt that it can get to minus 62 degrees there.I can't imagine living there and being that cold. I now know that 70% of the world's fresh water is on Antarctica and 90% of the world.'s ice is on Antarctica.
